The unique charm of our ballroom will make your guests feel right at home. During the warmer months our doors open to the smaller Garden Courtyard where your guests are invited to take in the beauty of the Old Mill and relax in the courtyard of natural stone and greenery. In the winter, our warm wooden dance floor, cathedral ceilings, large stone fireplace and open layout add just the right touch of warmth to create lasting treasured memories.

Year-round, rain or shine, our larger tented Courtyard is ideal for cocktails and hors d'euvres before your delicious dinner in the ballroom. Our tented courtyards are heated for the cool fall and winter months.

  

Securing a Date

Reservations require an executed Contract and a Non-Refundable Deposit of $400.00 that is applied to the total rental fee. The remaining balance of the rental fee is due 60 days prior to the date of the event.

Maximum Number of Guests
For the comfort of your guests, we ask that the maximum number be limited to 250 people.

Curfew
End time for all events is 11:30 P.M.

Decorating
You are welcome to decorate as you wish at The Old Mill. However, The Old Mill is a historic building, so tacking, taping, nailing and tying to any surface of the actual building is not allowed. Candles are allowed as long as the flame is contained
within glass. Balloons, sparklers and other forms of fireworks are
not allowed.

Handicap Accessible
All tented areas, the entrance to The Old Mill and all restrooms are wheelchair accessible. Spaces have been reserved for handicap parking as well.
